This small, organic shaped dish is useful for all kinds of things: jewellery, sauces and dips, salt and spices, spoon rest, tea bag holder, trinkets, paint pallet/brush rest - these are just the things I personally use them for, but I'm sure there's more.
They pair beautifully with my rounded oblong platters too. Use them as a soy sauce dish for sushi or fill them with olives, dipping oil or pickles to accompany your cheese board.
I let the clay decide what shape it will be as I’m rolling it out so each one has a unique form.
Quartz Splatter is a beautiful satin matte glaze that is silky soft to touch (no chalky matte glaze feel here!) The speckled buff clay shows through the glaze and adds a rustic wabi sabi element. The earthy, neutral colours are inspired by river smoothed pebbles. The blue/grey splatter design is applied randomly so no two are the same
