All orders are sent with New Zealand Post

I aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days

Orders within New Zealand should arrive in 2-3 business days but please bear in mind deliveries to rural addresses may take longer

I currently have pre-set international shipping options for Australia and Canada, if you live outside of those regions please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

Unfortunately, due to the removal of the de minimis exemption, which allowed shipments valued under $800 to enter the United States duty free I have suspended shipping to the USA. I will be keeping an eye on the situation and will reinstate US shipping as and when I’m able to.

The delivery target for international shipping is 10-14 working days but please allow up to 21 working days as services can vary depending on your location. I do my best to ensure my delivery times are accurate and up to date but sometimes shipping may take longer during the festive season or during postal strikes.

There may be delays at customs at busy times of the year - unfortunately this is outside of my control.
