Refund policy

I take great care to ensure each and every piece that leaves my studio is of the highest possible standard. Even though the handmade nature of my work means there may be slight variations in size, shape and colour, you can rest assured I will never send anything that doesn’t meet my very high quality expectations.

I carefully wrap each item in recyclable and biodegradable paper-based packaging to ensure your order arrives safely without creating plastic waste. If, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please send photos of the damaged item and packaging, including the box to landandlineceramics@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery and I will replace or refund your order.

Please choose carefully as I can not refund or exchange items for change of mind
